Vendor Requirements

Effect Fitness Urban Market (“Effect Fitness,” “we,” “us”) curates vendor marketplaces as part of its fitness, wellness, and cultural activations. To participate, all vendors (“Vendor,” “you”) must satisfy the following minimum requirements.

1. Business Formation & Authorization

Vendor must:

  • Be a legally registered business entity (LLC or Corporation)

  • Maintain good standing in its state of formation

  • Be legally authorized to operate in:

    • The State of Georgia and/or

    • Any jurisdiction in which an Effect Fitness event or activation is held

  • Provide a valid business license upon request

  • Submit a completed IRS Form W-9 upon request

2. Insurance & Risk Management

Vendor must:

  • Carry Commercial General Liability Insurance

  • Provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to the event

  • Name Effect Fitness and its affiliates as Additional Insured when requested

  • Maintain insurance coverage for the full duration of the event, including load-in and breakdown

Failure to provide valid insurance documentation may result in immediate disqualification or removal.

3. Products & Services

Vendor agrees that:

  • All products and services offered comply with local, state, and federal laws

  • All items are authentic, lawful, and safe for consumer use

  • Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

    • Counterfeit goods

    • Illegal substances

    • Weapons

    • Items violating intellectual property rights

  • Effect Fitness reserves the right to prohibit the sale or display of any item at its sole discretion

4. Operational Standards

Vendor must:

  • Comply with all event rules, venue policies, and safety protocols

  • Arrive and depart according to assigned load-in and load-out schedules

  • Maintain a clean, professional booth at all times

  • Staff their booth throughout the entire event

  • Refrain from subleasing or sharing booth space without written approval

5. Fees & Financial Responsibility

  • All vendor fees must be paid in full by stated deadlines

  • Fees are non-refundable, absent written agreement to the contrary

  • Effect Fitness is not responsible for vendor sales, losses, theft, or damage

6. Enforcement & Discretion

Effect Fitness reserves the right to:

  • Deny or revoke vendor participation at any time

  • Remove vendors for non-compliance or conduct deemed inappropriate

  • Refuse future participation based on prior violations
