Can I use/transfer my in-house Boot Camp membership for On-Demand & Live?

No, currently we offer 2 different membership options - Effect On-Demand & Live are completely separate from our in-house Bootcamp and Spin Memberships. Please visit www.effect.fitness or download our EFFECT Fitness Atlanta App to access these options.

If I already have an existing On Demand subscription, will it automatically transfer over to this new Effect On Demand Mobile App?

No, your old account will expire and you will be required to create a new account.

Is "LIVE" a separate option from On Demand and how does it work?

Live and On Demand are both included in your monthly subscription. Simply click on the Live option at designated class times to join the class. The On Demand option is collection of  previously recorded classes that can be viewed at anytime.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our monthly subscriptions can be cancelled through Effect Fitness On Demand site version or your App Store.

What is the refund policy?

Refund can be issued with a request through your App Store or contacting support on your On Demand app.

When are new On-Demand videos available?

New videos are uploaded on a weekly basis.

Does the music include profanity?

Yes, our music includes explicit language/content. Refunds will not be issued based on music selection preferences.

Personal Training:

How much is personal training? Rates vary based on individual trainer, time slots, and availability. Please stop by our front desk to assist your choosing of a trainer.

How can I sign up for personal training online?

You cannot sign up for personal training online however, feel free to contact our trainers by receiving their contact information on our website. Please stop by the front desk if you are inquiring more information on personal training.

Do I have to be a member to personal train?

Yes, all trainees must pay the $15 training fee every month in order to successfully check in for their training session. Please stop by the front desk to make your payment.

Cancellation:

How can I cancel my membership? Membership will expire in 30 days with the exception of autopay. Autopay may be cancelled via email request or verbally and can be cancelled at anytime.

Can I get a refund on my membership?

Membership can be cancelled at anytime by contact E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness at (404) 254-0684.

 

Spin Classes:

How do I reserve a bike?

Classes are booked on the E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness Atlanta mobile app.

How early can I book a class?

Classes can only be booked 2 days in advance.

How do I cancel my session?

Class cancellation requires at least 1 hour in advance to prevent losing a session.

What do I need to bring?

Water, a change of clothes, a small hand towel, and your best energy!

How long are the classes?

Typically 40-45 minutes.

What's included?

Full body workout, unbelievable results, 7 days a week with 7 different class options.

What's the difference between small group and personal training?

The difference between small group and personal training is personal training is a 1 on 1 training set up with an individual trainer. However, small group is remarkably small group of trainees, typically 15 give or take, at a trainer's scheduled time.

When should I eat?

Before attending our high intensity boot camp class, eating anything heavy is not recommended. However, make sure you have eaten a decent meal a few hours ahead and possibly a light snack about 45 minutes to an hour before attending the class. Also, HYDRATION is NECESSARY

Are we allowed to work on the equipment on our own?

Unfortunately, we are a boot camp based facility so you are only allowed to work on equipment if training.

How can I pay my annual renewal? There are two options to make a payment: 1. Stop by the front desk to make a payment (Accept cash and card) 2. Download our app Effect Fitness Atlanta .

What are my options for paying my membership?

There are two options to make a payment. Feel free to stop by the front desk (We accept cash or card) or download and make purchases through our Effect Fitness App.  

Does my monthly membership requires a contract?

No. However, you now have the option to sign up for a 12-month autopay agreement that can be cancelled at anytime. Please see the front desk for details.

Can I add friends and family to my membership?

No, each person must sign up with their own membership plan in order to workout.

Can I transfer my membership to another person?

No, each member must purchase their own membership plan in order to workout.

Can I upgrade my membership?

No. Once a membership is purchased, there are no upgrades available.
